1. When will my order be processed and shipped?
We typically prepare and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once shipped, your parcel should arrive in 3–5 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier.

2. My delivery is late. What should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please allow an additional 3 working days for any transit delays. Still waiting? Reach out to us at contact@bestpricer.co.uk, and we’ll assist you promptly.

3. I received the wrong or a damaged item — what now?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please take a photo of the issue and send it to us at contact@bestpricer.co.uk. We’ll make it right with a replacement or the correct item.

4. What’s your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of receiving them. Returned products must be in unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact. Returns outside of this timeframe cannot be accepted.

5. How soon will I receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued within 10 days to the original payment method. We do not charge any restocking fees.

6. I want to cancel my order. What are the options?
If your order hasn’t yet been packed or shipped, we may still be able to cancel it. Email us immediately at contact@bestpricer.co.uk. Once processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

7. What if I get a damaged or incorrect item?
If something’s not right with your order, please snap a clear photo and send it to contact@bestpricer.co.uk. We'll correct the issue as quickly as possible.
